Covid-19 Order Delays
Thank you for being a part of the Pin Trading Monthly family. We would like to thank you for your patience during this time as we are working with local restrictions and limited resources.
We are still working on getting the remaining outstanding boxes shipped. (For most subscribers, this will be the April box or any new orders placed.) Based on the type of subscription you have, please read the details below to learn how we are proceeding.
If you have a Prepaid 3, 6, or 12 Month Subscription:
We will pause all future orders so there will only be one outstanding box, per subscriber. We will resume your subscription after we are able to fulfill your outstanding box and your subscription will automatically be extended to cover all skipped months.
If you have a Month-to-Month Subscription:
We will automatically stop all future orders until all outstanding orders are fulfilled.
