You can update your address in your account. Simply log in to your account and click on Manage Subscription Under Account Details. Here you will see your Subscription, click on Manage and click Update Address.
Please note: All changes must be made before the 5th of the current month in order to ensure your box will be delivered to the proper address.
We ship our boxes during the last week of the month.To receive the currents month’s box you must sign up before the 22nd of the current month. Your box will take approximately 2-5 business days .
The only way to pause a subscription is to skip upcoming boxes. You can skip upcoming shipments by login in to your account, clicking Manage Subscription, under your order select Manage, select Upcoming Orders, and under Auction you have the option to click Skip Order for the month(s) you will want to skip.
Once you pause, you won’t be billed anymore, although you will still get any months you prepaid for if you joined under our 3, 6 or 12 months plans.
